Selectivity.
When it comes to selecting
candidates, we’re committed to quality, integrity, and honesty
from start to finish.
Step 1. We meet with you to understand your culture, needs,
industry, organization, position, responsibilities, core
competencies and personality of the hiring manager. From this, we
prepare our search proposal and begin preliminary research.
Step 2. We begin to search our database of over 20,000 active
candidates, as well as searching the web and then start the
important referral process. We conduct personal interviews and
pre-screen candidates to fit your requirements. We also check
preliminary references and backgrounds.
Step 3. Candidates are submitted for your review and evaluation
relative to your position specification and fit with your culture.
Once you’re selected the candidates, we facilitate the interviews,
work with your process, and evaluate your feedback.
Step 4. Once you decide on a candidate, we check references and
work to negotiate a fair compensation package. When the offer is
accepted and the start date confirmed, we help the candidate with
giving notice, if necessary. We even give you feedback and support
after the hire, by keeping in touch with the candidate. Making
sure the move is smooth and easy is our ultimate goal for you
both.
